If you received the confirmation email: but have problems with the confirmation link, then forward the confirmation email to us (NOT as an attachment), the subject line MUST be: PureTnA Confirmation Link.
If you did not receive the confirmation email: we can not help you, refer to the FAQs for instruction.
Too many are ignoring the above sentence, emailing us will change nothing, just waste your time & ours, this has become such a problem that we may start just blocking the IPs of people who wont heed this very simple instruction, it's hardly a good indication that these people will be good members & pay attention to the rules anyway.
LOGIN PROBLEMS:
With ESTABLISHED ACCOUNTS ONLY: that is ONLY accounts that have been successfully logged into & used in the past & have established a ratio. Use the forgot password link under the login box to have a reset password sent to you.
If you keep getting redirected to the FAQs page: Email your username & email address to us, subject line MUST be: Can't Access Login
If you received a new password but still can't login: Forward the second email, the one containing the password, to us (NOT as an attachment), the subject line MUST be: PureTnA Login Fails
If you are receiving any error/s other than login failed detail them in the top of the email.
If you cannot access the email account you have registered, OR, if you did not receive a new password: & it's not in your spam folder, it has been blocked by shit spam analytics before it even got to you, you need to find out how to allow mail from noreply@puretna.com & try again.
If still no luck then email, your email MUST include your username, registered email address, & new email address. The subject line MUST be: Change PureTnA Email.
There are many other email providers, but:
Gmail will usually let our system emails through, though it can't hurt to add noreply@puretna.com to your gmail contacts.
Hotmail will usually let them through but only if you put noreply@puretna.com in your safe zone.
Yahoo claims to to rarely block mails, though it has been known to happen, & there is nothing documented that adding noreply@puretna.com to your address book will help, but it can't hurt to do that & turn off the spam filter.
